Work Experience

2009 – present   Full-time self-employed artist. She exhibits her work at the Jackson Square Artist Community. She has exhibited in art shops and galleries in New Orleans and Hawaii. During this period, she has taught herself mediums and techniques such as, acrylic continuous line drawing, acrylic painting on modeling paste, silk-screen printing, and papier-mâché sculpting. She has created commissioned work for national and international clients

1994 – present   Self-employed illustrator and graphic designer, creating business cards, logos, illustrations, and flip books, for clients in the USA and in Spain

2003 – 2007   Worked as a foam sculptor and a papier mâché artist in the Prop Shop for Mardi Gras World, New Orleans, LA

1996 – 2000   Worked as a product designer in the design department for Indecasa, an aluminum furniture production company, Artés, Barcelona, Spain

1996 – 2000   Designed and placed installation art in shop windows for two Laie bookstores, in collaboration with architect Joan Torres. One of the bookstores was located in the CCCB (Centre de Cultura Contemporània de Barcelona).
